JEFF MARSHALL

A well-recognized and highly coveted advertising and marketing veteran, Jeff Marshall is a media expert, a DEI consultant, a small business owner, a motivational speaker, and a podcast host. Marshall’s work has garnered a host of cultural recognitions including an impressive list of professional accolades. He has been named to AMA NY's 2024 Hall of Fame, Color Magazine’s 2023 Top CDO Power List, ThinkLA’s 2023 DIG Awards Winners, Adweek’s 2022 Media All-Stars. 

In addition, he was a finalist for 4A’s Foundation’s 2023 Pantheon Award, AdAge’s 2023 Creativity Award D&I Champion of the Year, and AdColor’s 2022 DEI Executive of the Year. 

Jeff has provided advertising expertise for a host of brands ranging from Coca-Cola to Anheuser-Busch to Las Vegas Hilton Hotel/Casino to Blue Cross Blue Shield of America and countless others. 

Jeff currently serves as a member of the 4A’s Diversity Steering Committee, She Runs It’s DEI Advisory Council, BRIDGE’s Strategic Advisory Council, the Marketing Council of The African American Museum of Philadelphia, and the Board of Trustees for Delaware Valley University. 

Jeff holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Delaware Valley University and a Juris Doctorate from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law.
